Glad to see you're checking out this blog! I must add some more relevant info for you ...

The fruits were simply the nearest picture I had of something "natural" to represent naturalism, so no, they're not particularly significant ... but a good question though.

How is your revision coming on?

Might be a good idea to start reading through your notes and looking up key words - make sure you know definitions of such terms as meta-ethics, normative ethics, naturalism, intuitionism, emotivism, prescriptivism, analytical statements, synthetic statements, Natural Law, Virtue Ethics, deontological, teleological, absolutism, relativism, Categorical Imperative, Hypothetical Imperative, Kant's Kingdom of Ends, the Good Will, Act Utilitarianism, Rule Utilitarianism, hedonic calculus, summum bonum ... I'm sure there are loads more!

For each one that you are unsure about, write it down on one side of a card. On the other, write down the definition. This should be clear from your notes, but, if not, you could look up Wikipedia, or ask here.

You could also make mind maps of each topic we have studied.

For each topic, you should know the main philosopher associated with that ethical approach, the main aspects about how you know what the right action is, and the strengths and weaknesses of the approach. Perhaps try to summarise each Ethical Theory on half a side of A4.

I will upload some more exam questions on this blog during the week. Keep an eye out! Good luck ... and use this as a place to ask questions if you're stuck.
